Troubleshooting

What browser do I need to use eBoard?
eBoard works best with the newest versions of Internet Explorer. Netscape 6.0 is not fully compatible with eBoard. Users with older browsers (I.E. 3.0) may experience troubles. You can upgrade your browser for free at http://www.browsers.com. Webtv and AOL users with older versions of AOL may also experience difficulties.

No matter what I do, I get an error message when using eBoard

It takes a long time to download attachments:
Time to download attachments depends on your Internet connection and the size of your attachments. A large file on a slow connection may take 10-15 minutes.

I can't open an Attachment:
Make sure that the file ends with a 3 letter file extension such as .doc, .xls, .jpg. (this is a common issue with Apple computers, which do not save files with three letter extensions)).

Also, In order to open an attachment you must have the proper software. For example, in order to open a Powerpoint presentation, you must have the Powerpoint software installed on your computer.  Please download the viewer on the main page if you are having trouble.
