The SPECIALS
Brigantine Elementary School has one of the finest team of Special area teachers in New Jersey. The " Specials" (as they are called) service the children in subjects which are not the traditional reading, writing and arithmetic. The Specials aide the children of Brigantine in finding their creative self within, whether through an art project, game, reading, recital or technological program.
Additionally, the Special area teachers provide cross curriculum teaching by coordinating with the subject area teachers and each other. This family atmosphere helps to foster a thematic approach to the arts, physical education, library and technology.
Besides that, we have fun!
