I am a 5th Grade Science teacher at Brigantine North Middle School. I have been teaching in the district for 12 years. I taught for two years in a special education self-contained class for Kindergarten to 4th graders. Then I piloted an inclusion class for 6th graders for 7 years. I delivered all of their curriculum areas. Three years ago I moved to my present job as the fifth grade science teacher and I LOVE it!!!
I received a Bachelor's of Art from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island. I graduated with a certificate to teach both Special Education and Elementary Education. I have also finished a program to receive a certificate to teach English as a Second Language from Georgian Court College in Lakewood, New Jersey. I am presently working on a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology at Stockton College in Pomona, New Jersey.
